1. Logging in:
Go to https://ads.kogan.com/#/
2. Account Setup:
Make sure that your account is setup correctly
Check that you have a seller ID and Token in the account section of the settings Page.
Kogan will add the seller id and token when they set up your account but if you have any issues with it please contact us at marketplace-sales@kogan.com.au to assist.
3 Adding funds to your account:
To be able to run ads you need to have credit in your account. You can add funds as you go or you can set up automatic top ups.
To add funds got to:
Settings > Payments & Automatic Top Ups
4. Setting up an Ad:
KoganAds > Campaigns > Create Campaign.
Follow these steps to set up a campaign.
Step 1: Define your campaign
1. Name your Campaign:
Set a name that will define the products in the campaign so that it is easy to monitor the results.
2. Set a daily Budget:
The daily budget is how much you are willing to spend on the clicks per day and once you have reached the daily limit your ads will stop serving for the day.
3. Schedule:
Decide if you will run the Ads continuously or if the campaign will run for a defined period of time.
4. Bid floor
Clicks start from a minimum of A$ 0.50 (50 cents) per click.
5. Max Bid
The maximum that you are willing to pay per click.
6. Continue
Step 2 Promoted Products.
1. Click Browse Products
2. Add Products
1. To add products you can Filter on Category, Brand or search for a specific sku.
2. Select the products you want to add to your campaign.
3. Add the selected products.
4. Repeat this process until you have all the products selected for your campaign.

5. Press continue if you have all the product added to your campaign,
Step 3 Confirmation:
Check all the campaign details and if you are happy with your setup then hit the submit button.
Live Campaigns
Once you have submitted your campaign will appear under the all campaigns section. Note that the campaign status may show as pending for a few minutes as it gets processed and will change to "Serving" when it is live.
You will also receive email notifications if the status changes.
Editing, Pausing and Ending Live Campaigns
Live campaigns can only be paused and ended once they are live. Should you wish to edit bid amounts or products in the campaign you need to end the campaign and submit a new campaign with the correct information.
To pause or end a campaign:
1. Click on the campaign in the active campaign section.
2. Click the Pause or Finish Campaign to deliver your required action.
General tips for Setting up Ad Campaigns:
1. Pay close attention to your daily budget.
Make sure you spend within your means and keep a close eye on the campaign performance.
2. Select your products Carefully to add into a campaign.
Promote your best products that have the best chance to convert. And pay close attention to the pricing and listing quality of the products you feature.
3. Number of products in a campaign.
Give some thought to how many products you will run in each campaign and how many campaigns you are running to see what works best for you.
4. Review performance and Refine.
Pay close attention to what works well and refine your campaigns to maximise your performance and ROI.
